How long until my order ships?
Every holster is made to order, just for you, so it takes about 5 business days from your purchase date to ship. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment it heads out the door. We promise it's worth the wait.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If it's been about 5 business days since you ordered and you can't find it, reach out with your name and order number and we'll resend it.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have it.

I have a tracking number but the shipment hasn't moved in a while.
Try not to worry, this usually isn't as bad as it looks. Carriers don't scan a package at every stop, so a gap in tracking often just means it's still on its way and hasn't hit its next scan yet. A few things to check and do:
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we start making your holster quickly, reach out as soon as you can and we'll do our best to catch it before it goes into production.
Can I update my shipping address?
Absolutely! If you need to change the shipping address for your order, just provide us with the new address, and we will update it for you. Please reach out to us as quickly as possible to avoid any shipping issues.
