&#x2022; Please verify the shipping address on your order. &#x2022; Look for a notice of attempted&#xA0;delivery from the carrier. &#x2022; Look around the delivery location. &#xA0;Check around the entrances of your residence for the package. &#x2022; See if someone else accepted the delivery. &#xA0;Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you without your knowing. &#x2022; Speak with the postal carrier who delivers your mail, and ask them for the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan, not just the confirmation that it was marked delivered to your address. It has been our experience over and over again that those coordinates are the key piece of documentation for a missing-package claim. &#x2022; Wait 36 hours. Tracking sometimes marks a package delivered a day before it actually arrives. If your order is 36 hours past the stated delivery date, then you will want to file a missing package claim with the carrier. &#xA0;We&apos;re absolutely here to help with that process and will provide information as well as guidance with the process.
