I have a tracking number but the shipment hasn't moved in a while.Updated 2 months ago

Try not to worry, this usually isn't as bad as it looks. Carriers don't scan a package at every stop, so a gap in tracking often just means it's still on its way and hasn't hit its next scan yet. A few things to check and do:

  • If your tracking shows "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment," your order was just handed off to the carrier and is waiting on its first scan. That status can lag a day or two behind the package actually moving.
  • Missed scans are common once a package is in transit. A quiet stretch on the tracking page does not mean it's lost, it often just means it moved between facilities without being scanned.
  • Weather, holidays, and busy shipping periods can slow scans down without anything actually being wrong.
  • Sign up for text or email alerts from the carrier so you know the moment it updates.
  • If it's been 5 to 7 business days with no movement at all, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, or visit your local post office. They can usually see more detail than the public tracking page (or us) and can open an inquiry for you.
  • Still stuck? Reach out to us with your order number. We'll take a look, help you work with the carrier, and if your package is truly lost in transit, we'll remake and reship it so you're taken care of.
