What if I'm not satisfied with my order?Updated 24 days ago
Sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s totally okay! We know that not every holster fits every body perfectly, and we always want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, let’s fix that. Here’s how:
Returns & Exchanges
- You’ve got 60 days to send your item back in its original condition. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 60 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 60 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
- We don’t charge restocking fees, but return shipping is on you. We will gladly provide you with a shipping label, and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. (The cost of returns shipped within the United States is $6.95)
- Make sure all parts and components are included in the return—missing pieces will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- There is no additional shipping fee charged for us to send the replacement items back to you. We're happy to cover that cost!
- If the credit from your returned items does not cover the cost of your new exchange items, you will be sent an invoice via email to pay the difference.
Warranty & Defective Items
- We stand by our gear, which is why all Flashbang products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—no questions asked.
- Unless your item is defective, it needs to be in unworn condition for a return or exchange. If it comes back looking like it’s been through a wild weekend, we may have to adjust the refund accordingly.
