We want you carrying a holster you love. If your first pick isn't quite right, we're here to help, and we make sorting it out easy.

Before you start, let us help. A lot of "it doesn't fit" moments come down to placement, hand orientation, or the right gun match, and we can usually solve those faster than a return can. Email us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we'll help you dial it in. If a return or exchange is still the way to go, we'll get you set up from there.

The basics

• You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date.
• Items need to come back unused and in original condition, with all components and packaging included.
• Return shipping is a flat $6.95, deducted from your refund or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any missing components are deducted from the refund.

Your options

• Refund. Back to your original payment method, less the $6.95 return shipping.
• Store credit. Get your value back as a gift card to use whenever you're ready.
• Exchange. Choose store credit. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a gift card to order exactly what you want, and if your new order costs more, just pay the difference at checkout.

Final sale, free gifts, and bundles

• Last Call and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Our lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects still applies.
• A free gift is any item you receive at no charge, like a welcome gift. If a return means your order no longer qualifies for its free gift, please include the gift in your return. Otherwise the gift's retail value will be deducted from your refund.
• Bundle & Save discounts are recalculated on returns. If a return drops your order below the quantity for its discount, your refund is adjusted to the discount that applies to the items you keep. For example, if you bought 3 holsters at 20% off and return 1, the 2 you keep are priced at 10% off.
• Free gifts and gift cards are non-refundable.

• Damaged or defective? Reach out and we'll make it right. All Flashbang holsters carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, separate from returns.
• Wrong item? Let us know and we'll fix it right away.
• Says delivered but it's not there? Please don't start a return. Contact us and we'll walk you through the steps to track it down.
