We want you carrying a holster you love. If your first pick isn't quite right, we're here to help, and we make sorting it out easy.

Before you start, let us help. A lot of "it doesn't fit" moments come down to fit, hand orientation, or the right gun match, and we can usually solve those faster than a return can. Message us first and we'll help you dial it in. If a return or exchange is still the way to go, we'll set you right up.

The basics

• You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date.
• Items need to come back unused and in original condition, with all components and packaging included.
• Return shipping is a flat $6.95, deducted from your refund or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any missing components are deducted from the refund.

Your options

• Exchange. Swap for a different size, color, or style, and we cover shipping the replacement out to you.
• Store credit. Get your money back as credit to use whenever you're ready.
• Refund. Back to your original payment, less the $6.95 return shipping.

Good to know

• Damaged or defective? Reach out and we'll make it right. All Flashbang holsters carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, separate from returns.
• Wrong item? Let us know and we'll fix it right away.
• Says delivered but it's not there? Please don't start a return. Contact us and we'll walk you through the steps to track it down.
• Mystery holsters are final sale, since the surprise is the whole point.
