How do I start a return?Updated 2 months ago

It's ok to change your mind! We absolutely understand that not every holster works for every body, and we always want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't happy, please reach out to arrange a return or exchange. 

• There is no charge for returns, but please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. 
• You have a full 60 days to return an item to us in its original condition. 
• Please ensure that all parts and components of your return are in the package, as missing items will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The only exception to our return and exchange policy is in the case of a defective product.  All Flashbang products have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects.
• Unless an item is defective, we require that it be in unworn condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
